
Your GP, obstetrician/midwife or a physician at another hospital has referred you to the MUMC+ for a test. You may need to give a blood sample, have an x-ray or undergo some other test or examination. Before that can get started, you must check in at the counter in the Diagnostic Centre, where you will be given the correct forms. You will then take these forms to the relevant department or unit.
Please note that we may ask you to show us some form of identification.

Handing in samples
You can hand in urine, stool and other samples at the counter of the Diagnostic Centre. Please make sure that you write your name and date of birth on both the container and the referral form.
