Over

In 2015 ben ik toegetreden tot de staf Radiologie in het Maastricht Universitair Medisch Centrum (MUMC+) met subspecialisatie in de botten, spieren en gewrichten (musculoskeletale radiologie). Ik studeerde vanaf 2003 Geneeskunde aan de Universiteit Maastricht en behaalde in 2009 mijn artsexamen. Mijn opleiding tot radioloog heb ik aansluitend aan mijn Geneeskunde opleiding gevolgd in het MUMC+, waaronder 1 jaar in het Catharina Ziekenhuis in Eindhoven. In september 2014 ben ik begonnen aan mijn fellowship in de musculoskeletale radiologie, welke ik in 2015 heb afgerond. Naast de musculoskeletale radiologie houd ik mijzelf bezig met beeldvorming van de buik (abdomen) en beeldvorming gericht op de spoedeisende hulp (acute radiologie).

Daarnaast leid ik, samen met het opleidingsteam, specialisten op tot radioloog en behoort ook onderwijs aan geneeskundestudenten / co-assistenten tot de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
