It is possible that your doctor will ask you to get a photo taken in our photo studio. This is to document your condition. This photo wil be part of your medical record. The photo studio is located next to the Record Office at level 1. Follow Route 6-1 Medical Photography.
Your doctor will hand you an application note with instructions for the Medical Photographer. After the photo's are taken the photographer adds the photos to your medical record.
In some cases the photo's will be taken in the outpatient clinic or the ward.
